About the role

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and technical components.
  • Work on enterprise-wide PeopleSoft projects involving Core HR, NA Payroll, Base Benefits, and Time & Labor.
  • Develop, enhance, and support integrations with third-party systems using Integration Broker (IB) and Web Services.
  • Perform custom development using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, SQR, COBOL SQL.
  • Implement and support Approval Workflow Engine (AWE), Fluid UI, Work Centers, Activity Guides, and Pivot Grids.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
