About the role
- Define and maintain the global commercial systems roadmap for Evident Scientific
- Translate commercial, sales, and marketing strategies into scalable system capabilities
- Partner with IT on feasibility and delivery
- Serve as the business owner for SFDC and CPQ
- Drive design supporting lead management, pipeline management, quoting, and workflows
- Lead end-to-end commercial process design across regions
- Identify inefficiencies and drive solutions
- Define reporting requirements with Sales Ops analytics team
- Lead global change management for system releases
- Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and IT leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, SFDC/CPQ management, or Commercial Systems
- Strong functional experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ
- Proven experience in process design, commercial workflows, and change management
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred: Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or scientific instrumentation industries
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, CPQ) preferred
- Experience working in global matrixed organizations
- Management of direct reports
