About the role

  • Define and maintain the global commercial systems roadmap for Evident Scientific
  • Translate commercial, sales, and marketing strategies into scalable system capabilities
  • Partner with IT on feasibility and delivery
  • Serve as the business owner for SFDC and CPQ
  • Drive design supporting lead management, pipeline management, quoting, and workflows
  • Lead end-to-end commercial process design across regions
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive solutions
  • Define reporting requirements with Sales Ops analytics team
  • Lead global change management for system releases
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and IT leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, SFDC/CPQ management, or Commercial Systems
  • Strong functional experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ
  • Proven experience in process design, commercial workflows, and change management
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred: Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or scientific instrumentation industries
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, CPQ) preferred
  • Experience working in global matrixed organizations
  • Management of direct reports
