About the role

  • Serve as a key contact and liaison for customers.
  • Interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders and handling requests.
  • Provide professional phone support on incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Process transactions including Sales Orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery for customer orders.
  • Work on process improvements to provide better service and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain CRM, MDG and ERP systems with accurate information.
  • Follow up on all transactions to ensure customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Meet personal/customer service team KPIs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 3 – 5 years in a business environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with enthusiasm and tact both in writing and over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Applications.
  • Positive outlook with the ability to promote teamwork and good working relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or other discipline preferred, or equivalent customer service experience required. Salesforce or SAP ERP system knowledge preferred.
