AI for Good, Program Lead

Director

• Develop and lead our institutional fundraising strategy—currently focused on foundations, with potential to expand into corporate and government funders, to drive our revenue growth.
• Cultivate, manage, and grow our portfolio of institutional funder relationships in close coordination with program leaders, ensuring coordinated engagement across programs and serving as a senior representative in strategic proposals, meetings, and stewardship.
• Build out and manage a robust pipeline of prospects that align with Evidence Action’s work, conducting research, qualifying leads, and designing individualized cultivation plans.
• Lead the Institutional Partnerships team, empowering direct and indirect reports through coaching and professional development.
• Set the standard for excellence in institutional fundraising by defining and modeling best practices in relationship management, proposal development, and reporting, and coach program leaders (who own their program’s revenue) on crafting compelling cases, presenting to funders, and advancing high-priority opportunities.
• Oversee the full grant lifecycle—from pipeline development and proposal writing to reporting and renewals—ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, and collaborative processes across programs, finance, fundraising, operations, and communications.
• Drive innovation that increases that team’s capacity, e.g. using AI Tools to streamline proposal drafting, reportings, and funder insights.
• Track and analyze institutional fundraising performance using metrics and dashboards, adapting strategies based on results and funder feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Director, Institutional Philanthropy

Support Engineer

• Provide overall leadership and management of the TSU, ensuring alignment with Evidence Action’s safe water program goals and Odisha RWS&S priorities
• Act as the primary liaison between EAII Advisors, Odisha PR&DW and RWS&S, and other key state government stakeholders, private players and non-government entities
• Lead technical support on installation and O&M of in-line chlorination systems, ensuring proper calibration, functionality, and compliance with JJM guidelines
• Lead development of state-specific frameworks, advisories, SOPs, pro-forma tenders, procurement models and program recommendations for pilot and scale-up of In-Line Chlorination (ILC)
• Supervise preparation of technical briefs, monthly and quarterly progress reports, and presentations for state leadership
• Represent the program in high-level meetings with PR&DW, RWS&S, state government, and EAII external partners
• Lead training and capacity-building workshops for state and district-level engineers and technical staff on design, installation, and O&M of in-line chlorination devices

Senior Manager, Technical Support

Manager

• Serve as primary coordinator and facilitator for MLE team, ensuring research components meet program objectives
• Manage and coordinate medium to large MLE workstreams for Safe Water in India and provide management support across MLE initiatives
• Oversee third-party partners, manage contracts, ensure data quality and process integrations
• Lead development of result-based MLE strategy, frameworks, KPIs, and recommend data-driven corrective actions
• Forecast inputs/outputs, plan and track MLE budgets, and proactively address operational challenges
• Coordinate with global Evidence Action team to align MLE strategies with country and organisational priorities
• Develop concept notes for government interactions and strengthen data management and system reporting

Principal Manager, MLE

• Development of a result-based MLE strategy, framework, key program performance indicators, and recommendations for data-driven corrective action
• Identify effective methodology for quantitative and qualitative data collection, management, robust analysis, data visualisation, and dissemination of findings and recommendations
• Lead designing research protocols, survey instruments, administration, monitoring, quality control, including IRB approvals
• Lead advanced statistical analysis of collected data and manage third-party partners, contracts, and data quality
• Coordinate with global Evidence Action team to align MLE strategies with organisation and country priorities
• Lead scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and reports and prepare concept notes and systematic reviews for new program development
• Ensure leadership and stakeholders have timely, useful, and accurate program MLE data for actionable decisions and address donor/partner queries

Advisors Manager – Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation

Operations

• Financial Strategic Thinking and Scenario Modeling: Build directional budget models and scenario analyses to support long-term strategy for the Safe Water Africa portfolio.
• Conduct cost modeling for various program delivery approaches (e.g. standalone vs layered programs, technical assistance models) to inform decision-making.
• Apply structure, assumption-based analysis (e.g. BOTEC-style modeling) to estimate costs, evaluate tradeoffs, and inform program strategy in evolving contexts.
• Provide decision-oriented financial insights to program leads navigating complexity and scale.
• Financial Management and Analysis: Lead budgeting processes for Safe Water programs in partnership with program teams, including developing grant proposal budgets, managing quarterly updates, and conducting variance analysis to optimize resource allocation and identify trends.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, donor submissions, and operational dashboards in collaboration with Finance and program teams, developing new tools as needed to enhance decision-making and ensure compliance with organizational and donor standards.
• Oversee vendor and contractor payments, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and organizational standards.
• Support the Associate Director and Grants team in donor financial close-outs, ensuring all expenses and allocations are correctly accounted for and documented.
• Relationship Building and Country Partnership Orientation: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with country teams and program implementers.
• Proactively design financial tools, analyses, or processes that solve field-level pain points and improve decision making.
• Move beyond compliance checking by engaging as a thought partner, bringing value to program teams through financial insight and solution design.
