About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain management for EAII, focusing on the India Safe Water Program.
Drive complex procurement processes, chemical supply chain logistics, vendor performance management, and contract administration.
Develop procurement and supply chain strategies aligned to organizational and program goals.
Lead end-to-end procurement processes for goods and/or services including composite supplies.
Design and manage end-to-end supply chains for chlorine tablets and consumables.
Oversee demand planning, inventory, warehousing, multi-sourcing, and just-in-time delivery.
Maintain procurement and supply chain risk registers and business continuity plans.
Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts and SLAs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

MBA or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Costing, Law, Engineering, or related field
10–15 years in procurement & supply chain roles with a minimum 5 years in mid - Senior leadership positions
Strong exposure to chemical/regulated supply chain management and managing supply chain for public health programs - including demand forecasting, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation and inventory management
Experience working with international donors (USAID, FCDO, EU, Foundations)
Willingness to travel up 20-30% of time to the program locations within India, including to complex field environments
