About the role
- Supervise and ensure the quality of the breakfast service (buffet & dining room)
- Monitor compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Create schedules and optimize staffing according to activity levels
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of your team
- Conduct annual performance reviews and set objectives in agreement with management
- Ensure guest satisfaction and protect the service's reputation
- Advise and guide guests in their culinary choices
- Ensure the setup and cleaning of the dining room
- Ensure guests’ satisfaction throughout their meal
- Propose improvements to optimize the offering and reduce costs
Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality/Catering (CAP/BEP/BAC/BTS) or proven experience in upscale restaurants or luxury hotels
- Natural leadership and strong attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
- Good command of English is a plus
- Ability to make decisions, unite and motivate a team
- Managerial skills
