About the role

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the beach service in accordance with standards.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and personalized service.
  • Welcome guests and build strong guest relationships.
  • Advise guests and prepare cocktails according to their preferences.
  • Handle set-up, clearing, and resetting of tables.
  • Assist with cleaning, tidying, and stock management.
  • Supervise the beach team.

Requirements

  • You hold a bartending qualification or have significant experience in a similar role.
  • You are motivated, energetic, well presented, with a strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of English.
