About the role

  • Supervise and ensure the quality of the breakfast service (buffet & dining room)
  • Monitor compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
  • Create schedules and optimize staffing according to business needs
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of the team
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and set objectives in agreement with management
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and manage the service's online reputation
  • Advise and guide guests in their culinary choices
  • Oversee dining room setup and cleaning
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and the dining room
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal
  • Stay informed about products and trends related to the outlet
  • Know regular guests and their preferences
  • Propose improvements to optimize the offering and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality/Catering (CAP/BEP/BAC/BTS) or proven experience in upscale dining or luxury hotel operations
  • Natural leadership and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Good command of English is a plus
  • Ability to make decisions, unite and lead a team
  • Teamwork and managerial skills
