About the role
- Proactive customer outreach and support for our customers at the on-site customer center.
- Development of new customer contacts (private and commercial customers).
- Handling customer inquiries in person, in writing, and by phone.
- Preparing quotations, up-selling, and cross-selling.
- Maintaining master/customer data in CRM and billing systems.
- Quality assurance and complaint management.
- Participation in projects and campaigns and contributing to product development.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Strong service and customer orientation.
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact.
- Independent working style and high self-motivation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of the billing system kVASy is an advantage.
