About the role
- Proactive customer outreach and support for our customers at the on-site customer center
- Establishing new customer contacts (private and business customers)
- Handling customer inquiries in person, in writing and by phone
- Preparing quotes, up‑selling and cross‑selling
- Maintaining master data in CRM and billing systems
- Quality and complaint management
- Participation in projects and campaigns (customer retention measures) and contribution to product development
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Strong service and customer orientation with a good sense for customer needs
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact in our customer centers and of working in a team and with internal interfaces
- Independent working style, high self‑motivation and a professional demeanor
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of the billing system kVASy is an advantage
