About the role

  • Proactive customer outreach and support for our customers at the on-site customer center
  • Establishing new customer contacts (private and business customers)
  • Handling customer inquiries in person, in writing and by phone
  • Preparing quotes, up‑selling and cross‑selling
  • Maintaining master data in CRM and billing systems
  • Quality and complaint management
  • Participation in projects and campaigns (customer retention measures) and contribution to product development

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Experience in customer service and sales
  • Strong service and customer orientation with a good sense for customer needs
  • Enjoyment of direct customer contact in our customer centers and of working in a team and with internal interfaces
  • Independent working style, high self‑motivation and a professional demeanor
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of the billing system kVASy is an advantage
