About the role

Utilize HubSpot development expertise to create, implement, and optimize automation solutions that drive marketing and operational efficiency.
Develop, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows, email templates, and landing pages.
Utilize scripting to enhance automation capabilities and streamline processes across the HubSpot platform.
Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve marketing automation efficacy.
Support integrations between HubSpot and external applications using scripts and APIs.
Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure systems and processes align with business goals.
Stay informed about new HubSpot features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Proven experience as a HubSpot Developer or related role, with a strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
Experience in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) preferred for workflow automation.
Familiarity with automation tools and platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make.com).
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing HubSpot features.
Solid knowledge of API integrations and data management within CRM systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
