About the role

  • **Position Overview:** The National Account Manager will be responsible for owning and growing our Target business. This individual will be the primary point of contact for the buyer, broker and cross-functional teams at both Target and internally. You’ll manage day-to-day account activity, drive execution excellence in-store and online, and ensure the brand continues to thrive across Target’s physical and digital shelves.

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Serve as the main liaison between our brand, broker and Target’s buying and marketing teams.
  • - Lead all line reviews, item setup, and assortment updates.
  • - Manage in-store promotional planning and execution, ensuring flawless coordination with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams.
  • - Oversee digital marketing tactics on Target.com and other retailer media channels, optimizing visibility and conversion.
  • - Coordinate digital marketing tactics driving to in-store with Everyday Dose’s internal marketing team (e.g. email programs, Meta, Google, Influencer, TikTok)
  • - Develop and execute strategies for off-shelf displays and secondary placements to drive incremental sales.
  • - Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to grow the category.
  • - Partner closely with demand planning and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and on-time delivery.
  • - Analyze performance metrics, report on key KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Qualifications:
  • - 3–5+ years of account management experience in CPG, preferably within food & beverage.
  • - Experience managing major national retail accounts (Target experience strongly preferred).
  • - Strong understanding of retail promotional planning, eCommerce marketing, and category management.
  • - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • - Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, syndicated data (IRI, NielsenIQ, or similar), and retailer portals.
