About the role

Lead the architectural design and technical direction of the Salesforce platform across Sales, Renewals, and Marketing functions
Define and own the architectural vision and roadmap for Salesforce across Sales, Renewals, and Marketing cloud solutions
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Act as the technical design authority, ensuring consistency across architecture patterns
Oversee integration between Salesforce and wider enterprise systems
Collaborate with Security and Data teams to embed enterprise-grade security
Drive innovation by leveraging AI and automation to optimise processes

5+ years’ experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect in large-scale Salesforce environments (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Revenue Cloud)
Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies including API integrations, Lightning, Flow, and Data Cloud
Strong enterprise architecture background, including integration design, data management
Proven ability to develop strategic plans and deliver outcomes on enterprise-scale projects
Effective communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect strongly preferred
