Salary
💰 $130,000 - $180,000 per year
About the role
- Own core analytics and reporting capabilities, helping to scale AI data insights to an unprecedented level.
- Get deep into product and customer data to understand what is driving outcomes, where users are getting stuck, and what improvements will have the biggest impact
- Translate analysis into action – identifying what needs to change in the product and working closely with engineering and design to ship improvements quickly
- Step into in-flight work across both frontend and backend surfaces, helping bring structure, momentum, and product clarity to projects already underway
- Improve core experiences such as dashboards, reporting, workflows, and user-facing product details that help customers better understand and act on Evertune’s insights
- Work closely with client services, sales, and customers themselves to gather feedback, validate priorities, and ensure the team is building products that solve real problems
- Help the team maintain speed while increasing rigor - bringing better organization, sharper product thinking, and more follow-through without adding unnecessary process
- Sweat the details, from data quality to UX to how product decisions are documented and handed off, so that strong ideas become strong shipped products
- Operate effectively in an environment where priorities may shift every couple of weeks and where the roadmap continues to evolve as the company grows
- Contribute to and become a thought leader in emerging areas across AI discovery, search, shopping, and agent-driven experiences, developing a clear POV on how brands can build AI into a marketing channel
Requirements
- 4–7 years of product management experience, ideally at a fast-moving startup or growth-stage technology company
- Strong AI fluency and a clear track record of using AI tools in day-to-day product work
- Demonstrated ability to work hands-on with product, customer, and performance data – able to understand why results are happening and translate that analysis into product decisions
- Experience building or improving analytics-heavy products, including dashboards, reporting surfaces, insight tools, or workflow software, ideally with large and complex datasets
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience working closely across engineering, design, sales, and client services
- Direct experience working with customers and using customer feedback to shape product decisions and prioritization
- Strong execution instincts and high attention to detail – someone who notices when a chart is off, a workflow is clunky, or a product experience is not fully buttoned up
- Comfortable stepping into products and projects already in motion and driving them forward across both frontend and backend work
- Experience building product experiences that scale adoption and engagement rates
- Able to partner effectively with engineers, create clarity, and help teams move quickly without adding unnecessary process
- Comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift, the roadmap evolves frequently, and the team ships constantly
- Experience building for enterprise and mid-market customers, with a strong understanding of the level of quality, usability, and functionality they expect
- Based in New York City and available to work in-office 3x/week at our Flatiron location.
