About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers
- Work on solution-oriented technical requests, translating customer needs into scalable system solutions and configuration
- Manage larger, cross-functional operational topics that go beyond day-to-day support
- Identify opportunities, optimizations and strategic options within customer setups
- Coordinate technical and operational topics with internal teams and external partners
- Manage customer expectations, communication and occasional escalations
- Contribute to improving processes, documentation and scalable ways of working across customer operations
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, (technical) account management, operations or a comparable customer-facing role
- Good understanding of logistics, fulfillment, eCommerce operations and software products, or highly motivated to build this knowledge
- Structured and reliable way of working, able to manage multiple customer topics in parallel
- Confident communication with operational and technical stakeholders
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, taking strong ownership of topics
- Enjoy working cross-functionally in a complex environment
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
