Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to closed deal
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities, focusing primarily on acquiring new merchants
• Engage senior logistics decision-makers, including COOs, Heads of Logistics, and Operations Managers
• Guide prospects through structured discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations
• Understand logistics operations, cost structures, and challenges and translate them into scalable, tech-enabled solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics Partners, Carriers, Tech, and Finance to drive successful deals and ensure seamless Go Lives
• Maintain and expand key strategic accounts
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities while preventing churn
