About the role
- Develop, maintain, and provide support for meter reading and field operations
- Provide analytical and technical support in systems work processes
- Troubleshoot metering processes, hardware, and software issues
- Support and provide troubleshooting for two Field Collection System (FCS) platforms
- Participate in reporting, tracking, retrieval, and analysis of meter reading performance data
- Identify and resolve daily system, process, metering, and interface problems
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or a business-related discipline or equivalent experience is required
- Two (2) plus years of relevant experience
- Experience with special emphasis in business analysis, data collection, project management support, or technical metering expertise is preferred
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills with meter reading equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge of utility regulations, statutes, and practices
