About the role
- Shape and lead the people strategy for our Serbia location and a key business function.
- Partner directly with senior leaders to drive culture, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Own everything from workforce strategy and leadership development to complex employee relations and governance.
- Lead culture and organizational development initiatives: track engagement results and drive action planning for the site.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on employee relations matters, leadership effectiveness, team dynamics and difficult conversations.
- Design and implement long-term HR and workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee talent planning and leadership development for critical roles.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of HR experience, including several years in a HRBP role
- Technical: Strategic workforce planning, organisational design, HR analytics for decision-making, local labour law
- Behavioural: Strategic influence, executive presence, complex problem-solving, innovation.
- Business: Leadership advisory, long-term strategic vision, enterprise thinking.
- Understand the needs of the team and organisation and put in place the appropriate planning and delivery processes for this role.
- Enjoy solving problems creatively.
- Strong communicator and able to present ideas in clear formats.
- Experience of using HRIS (e.g. Sage) and Excel to a high level.
