About the role
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, video, social media, digital ads, and conferences/events.
- Partner with SMEs to develop content that differentiated EVERSANA’s services.
- Continuously optimize content for clarity, engagement, and performance across digital channels, leveraging analytics and best practices to maximize reach and impact.
- Manage content updates and performance tracking across digital platforms such as websites, marketing automation tools, and social channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to optimize marketing efforts and achieve awareness, engagement, and demand-generation goals.
- Support communication initiatives that maintain consistency in messaging and reinforce EVERSANA’s patient-centric approach.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support the development of sales tools, including emails, capabilities presentations, and promotional pieces.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience; health and/or pharma experience preferred.
- Proven ability to craft strategic content and manage content through CMS platforms.
- Hand-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of O365, SharePoint intranet platforms, marketing automation, social networks and other creative messaging venues, including video.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
