About the role
- Responsible for turning a founder-led growth strategy into a clean, repeatable marketing execution
- Own the marketing execution system ensuring all channels run on a predictable weekly cadence
- Coordinate and manage external agencies and collaborators
- Own the marketing operations stack and simple automations
- Own outbound as a marketing channel focused on pipeline creation
- Produce clean, monthly reporting for performance visibility
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations, growth ops, or GTM operations
- Experience in a $2–10M ARR founder-led company
- Strong with systems, spreadsheets, automation tools, and execution (not brand or storytelling)
- Proven ability to run marketing execution independently without close supervision
- Comfortable owning outbound as a marketing channel (lists, enrichment, sequencing)
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external collaborators
- Solid working understanding of product positioning, ICPs, and messaging architecture
- Precise, structured, reliable, and accountable working style
- Clear, polished, professional written communication in English and copywriting
