💰 $85,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build relationships with commercial property managers and facility managers
- Conduct site visits and perform take-offs
- Prepare and present proposals
- Manage pipeline in CRM
- Follow up consistently and close contracts
- Work closely with operations to ensure project execution
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (commercial services preferred)
- Hunter mentality – comfortable generating own leads
- Strong relationship builder
- Organized and CRM disciplined
- Comfortable reading site plans / performing measurements (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in commercial services, facilities management, construction, or property management is highly preferred.
