Anticipate customer and administrative needs and provide issue resolution for internal and external customers and distributors.
Process orders, product returns, product complaints, billing inquiries, invoices, and consignment requests; provide information about products and services with high attention to detail.
Answer and assist customers in a call center environment with moderate call volume.
Utilize knowledge of the company’s pricing structure, verification procedures, and contractual obligations to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue registration.
Intake customer information and maintain account records to create a great customer experience.
Ensure on-time customer delivery by understanding international shipment requirements and export regulations.
Manage multiple shared inbox groups in close collaboration with a team; self-manage time and priorities.
Understand state and federal regulatory guidelines related to handling and distribution of human tissue applicable to the commercial team.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support.
