About the role

  • Anticipate customer and administrative needs and provide issue resolution for internal and external customers and distributors.
  • Process orders, product returns, product complaints, billing inquiries, invoices, and consignment requests; provide information about products and services with high attention to detail.
  • Answer and assist customers in a call center environment with moderate call volume.
  • Utilize knowledge of the company’s pricing structure, verification procedures, and contractual obligations to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue registration.
  • Intake customer information and maintain account records to create a great customer experience.
  • Ensure on-time customer delivery by understanding international shipment requirements and export regulations.
  • Manage multiple shared inbox groups in close collaboration with a team; self-manage time and priorities.
  • Understand state and federal regulatory guidelines related to handling and distribution of human tissue applicable to the commercial team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support.
  • Phone systems proficiency.
  • Microsoft Suite; Intermediate Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software experience.
  • Data Entry, 40+ words per minute.
  • Knowledge of company pricing structure, verification procedures, and contractual obligations.
  • Understanding of international shipment requirements and export regulations.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulatory guidelines related to handling and distribution of human tissue.
  • Ability to manage multiple shared inbox groups and self-manage time and priorities.
  • Ability to answer and assist customers in a moderate-volume call center environment.
