Develop a deep understanding of Everflow’s platform to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Capture and evaluate ideas and feature requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and product vision.
Translate product requirements into clear specifications for design and engineering.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure successful feature releases.
Define and implement workflows to guide team members and streamline collaboration.
Continuously monitor product performance post-release and gather feedback to inform iteration.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management or a comparable role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with Jira (or similar project management tools).
Functional knowledge of web development and relational databases.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Industry experience and/or knowledge (MarTech, AdTech).
Experience building products from 0-1 or leading feature development.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Developer experience preferred but not necessary.
PMP or CAPM a plus.
