About the role
- Design and implement automated lifecycle journeys aligned to onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and win-back use cases
- Translate campaign briefs and experience direction into: Channel sequencing and coordination (email, push, in-app) Entry and exit criteria Trigger logic, suppression rules, and timing
- Ensure journeys are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform and data constraints
- Build and launch lifecycle campaigns in Braze with accuracy and attention to detail
- Implement segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content
- QA all campaigns to ensure correctness, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Own execution quality and delivery standards across lifecycle programs
- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, broken journeys, and delivery failures
- Support Execute A/B tests and experiments accurately and consistently
- Build reusable journey patterns, templates, and documentation
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-related roles
- Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Braze (or similar platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable, or Customer.io)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, personalization, and automated journeys
- Experience supporting experimentation (A/B testing) and performance optimization
- High attention to detail with a strong QA mindset
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
