Project Manager

• Recruit, vet, and manage qualified electrical contractors and negotiate quotes to protect gross-margin targets
• Review project intake details, establish schedules and milestones, and forecast major events
• Serve as the primary project contact for clients and internal teams
• Facilitate status calls and pre-construction meetings
• Collaborate with Electrical Professional Engineers on site designs and hardware requirements
• Manage sales-order shipments and delivery logistics
• Coordinate business licenses, permitting companies, municipal permit applications, and utility or equipment upgrade planning
• Oversee active EV charging deployments and confirm equipment operation after construction
• Verify municipal inspections and collect closeout documentation
• Manage project purchase orders and vendor invoices in NetSuite
• Track project milestones and collaborate with Finance on vendor payments after inspection
