Key responsibilities & impact

Recruit, vet, and manage qualified electrical contractors and negotiate quotes to protect gross-margin targets
Review project intake details, establish schedules and milestones, and forecast major events
Serve as the primary project contact for clients and internal teams
Facilitate status calls and pre-construction meetings
Collaborate with Electrical Professional Engineers on site designs and hardware requirements
Manage sales-order shipments and delivery logistics
Coordinate business licenses, permitting companies, municipal permit applications, and utility or equipment upgrade planning
Oversee active EV charging deployments and confirm equipment operation after construction
Verify municipal inspections and collect closeout documentation
Manage project purchase orders and vendor invoices in NetSuite
Track project milestones and collaborate with Finance on vendor payments after inspection

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of project management experience in EV charging infrastructure (EVSE), electrical construction, or commercial construction/energy sectors
Strong grasp of electrical scopes of work, site plans, and engineering drawings
Proficiency in ERP/project management software such as NetSuite, Procor, and JIRA
Experience navigating local municipal permitting processes and working with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
Experience working with utility providers
Ability to manage project budgets and evaluate contractor pricing
Ability to align projects with profit-margin goals
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
Track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and client satisfaction under pressure
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
