About the role
- Identify, attract, and land top global talent
- Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
- Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack
- Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
- Own the candidate journey from discovery call to final close
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment
- Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows
- Contribute to employer branding and creative initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
- Doer mindset - ability to find balance between executing, planning and strategy
- Humble - open to learning and feedback
- Comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content
