About the role

  • Identify, attract, and land top global talent
  • Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
  • Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack
  • Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
  • Own the candidate journey from discovery call to final close
  • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment
  • Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows
  • Contribute to employer branding and creative initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
  • Goal-oriented, ownership and commitment
  • Doer mindset - ability to find balance between executing, planning and strategy
  • Humble - open to learning and feedback
  • Comfortable hiring for products that are based on uncensored models and content
