About the role
- Partner with Product Managers to define:
- Data fields and entity definitions
- Required vs optional inputs
- Dependencies across features and workflows
- Own operational clarity for AI-powered features, including:
- Naming conventions and definitions
- Documentation and internal enablement
- Cross-team alignment on ownership and usage
- Pressure-test product and engineering designs for operational readiness and scalability
- Identify gaps in tooling, documentation, or process that slow teams down
- Act as a cross-functional connector between Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations
- Reduce ambiguity around how AI-driven workflows behave and who owns them
Requirements
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Product Operations
- Business Operations
- Technical Program Management
- Platform or Systems Operations
- Experience supporting complex, data-heavy products with cross-team dependencies
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with workflow tools, data products, or schema design
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (no modeling experience required)
- Experience in Legal Tech, FinTech, or other regulated domains
