About the role
- Help shape and scale the legal foundation of EvenUp as it continues rapid growth
- Support partnerships and complex commercial deals as a true legal generalist across a range of strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with founders in a highly founder-led organization
- Play a key role in evolving the legal function alongside the company
Requirements
- J.D. from a top school and bar member in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
- 3-7 years experience, likely in Big Law and ideally with in-house experience
- A client portfolio with meaningful overlaps to components of EvenUp’s business (e.g., enterprise software, AI, health records, privileged records, insurance, legal tech, etc.)
- Intrinsic motivation to perform at a high level and to win.
