About the role
- Deliver high-quality frontend systems that power core document generation experiences
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to scope and deliver impactful solutions
- Lead frontend architecture decisions to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Uphold high standards for security, reliability, and compliance across customer-facing systems
- Contribute to team culture through mentorship, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Build and evolve user-facing workflows that integrate traditional SaaS patterns with modern AI-driven functionality
- Rapidly prototype and ship new features that deliver immediate customer value
- Work closely with product managers, designers, founders, and engineers to scope, design, and deliver high-impact solutions
- Lead frontend architecture and engineering best practices across complex, high-scale systems
- Deliver secure, compliant, and production-ready code, ensuring reliability through testing, reviews, and performance monitoring
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident resolution, and documentation to maintain operational excellence
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building modern frontend applications using TypeScript, React, JavaScript, CSS, and the DOM
- Strong experience designing and building reliable, observable, and performant systems
- Proven ability to deliver production-ready software, including frontend architectures and API integrations
- Track record of owning and delivering complex projects end-to-end
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, startup environments with evolving requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- High ownership, strong accountability, and a problem-solving
