About the role
- Enhance EvenUp’s AI-native and expert-review document generation workflows
- Implement and integrate LLM-based solutions to improve customer outcomes
- Build systems to evaluate efficacy, quality, and reliability of core customer deliverables
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of EvenUp’s document generation products at the forefront of applied AI
- Partner with company leaders to execute mission-critical, high-impact initiatives
- Uphold a high quality bar and apply data-driven insights to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Extensive experience building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems—reliability, observability, and performance focused
- Strong software development background with hands-on expertise in Python or languages such as Go, Java, Node.js, or C++
- Proven ability to deliver production-ready software, including RESTful APIs and infrastructure to industry standards
- Track record of owning and delivering complex projects from concept through deployment
- Experience in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, initiative, and creative problem-solving
- Bonus: Experience with AI, legal tech, or social impact–driven products
