About the role
- Be the primary contact for a portfolio of awesome clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring customers see real results and ROI from EventsAir.
- Deep dive into each client’s business goals, crafting strategies that align our world-class products with their success.
- Drive customer retention and revenue growth through thoughtful upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Regularly report on key customer metrics including contact frequency, renewal rates, and add-on revenue.
- Tackle customer challenges head-on, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Partner with marketing, new sales, success, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management within SaaS or technology industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and a consultative approach.
- A love for teamwork, innovation, and celebrating shared wins.
- An enjoyment to tastefully upsell and cross-sell consultatively to our customers along their journey with EventsAir.
