Designer

• Design layouts, models, and drafts of equipment as required by the Engineering team or shop personnel
• Maintain configuration control of project data, designs and other Technical Data Package elements
• Assist in research, selection and application of components and methods to develop the design concept
• Provide input in design reviews and brainstorming in support of the project
• Order project materials and components required
• Develop new designs utilizing efficient manufacturing processes and cost effectiveness when feasible
• Make proper material selections, assembly and welding procedures throughout the design
• Assist with fabrication, assembly, testing and installation of equipment to validate design
• Review and implement redline revisions to ensure changes are incorporated
• Work within project schedules and provide feedback on progress and any issues that may arise requiring corrective action to be taken
• Other duties assigned

Mechanical Designer

Supply Chain

• Manage and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customer demand while minimizing excess inventory
• Monitor inventory levels, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve inventory management processes
• Oversee item master data and conduct root cause analysis investigations into inventory value discrepancies
• Conduct regular inventory audits and provide inventory reconciliation guidance
• Analyze inventory levels and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop & monitor inventory performance metrics
• Research and recommend solutions to inventory-related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and systems related to inventory management
• Create and distribute inventory reports to management on a regular basis
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Inventory Analyst

Manager

• Oversee implementation of EHS programs and performance for Evapco Midwest facilities
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure effective EHS program deployment
• Develop and deploy a strategy/roadmap for EHS program maturation
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to EHS program development
• Conduct EHS program audits and develop corrective actions
• Facilitate incident investigations using root cause analysis tools
• Develop and deploy EHS related training and awareness programs
• Update management on EHS program status and key performance indicators
• Provide direction regarding EHS program implementation and maintenance
• Lead one direct report in coaching and professional development
