About the role

  • Customer communication and service: you are the first point of contact for clients after they submit their order to us
  • Support in preparing real estate appraisals under the guidance of experienced appraisers
  • You will help us value properties (residential and commercial) in accordance with current legal requirements
  • You will review documents and — using your (new) expertise and various valuation methods — determine the actual value of a property
  • You will assist in the preparation of appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
  • You have a passion for real estate and an interest in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and further training

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented manner
  • Coordination skills: you can successfully juggle multiple inquiries, clients and topics at the same time
  • Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector
  • Alternatively (for junior candidates): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
  • Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
  • Structured, analytical working style and a high commitment to quality
  • Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
