About the role
- Customer communication and service: you are the first point of contact for clients after they submit their order to us
- Support in preparing real estate appraisals under the guidance of experienced appraisers
- You will help us value properties (residential and commercial) in accordance with current legal requirements
- You will review documents and — using your (new) expertise and various valuation methods — determine the actual value of a property
- You will assist in the preparation of appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
- You have a passion for real estate and an interest in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented manner
- Coordination skills: you can successfully juggle multiple inquiries, clients and topics at the same time
- Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector
- Alternatively (for junior candidates): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
- Structured, analytical working style and a high commitment to quality
- Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
