About the role
- Customer communication and customer service: you are the first point of contact for clients after they submit an order to us
- Support in the preparation of property appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced appraisers
- You assist in valuing properties (residential and commercial) in accordance with current legal requirements
- You review documents and — through your (new) expertise and the application of various valuation methods — determine the actual value of a property
- You support the drafting of appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
- You have a passion for real estate and an interest in property valuation — with opportunities for advancement and continuing education
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented manner
- Coordination skills: you can juggle multiple inquiries, customers and topics at the same time
- Ideally: professional experience in the real estate sector
- Alternatively (if junior): experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
- Initial knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
- Structured and analytical working style and a strong commitment to quality
- Confident use of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
