About the role
- Customer communication and service: you are the primary point of contact for clients after they submit their assignment to us
- Support in preparing property appraisal reports under the guidance of experienced assessors
- You help us assess residential and commercial properties in accordance with current legal requirements
- You review documentation and—by applying various valuation methods and your developing expertise—determine the actual value of a property
- You assist in drafting appraisal reports and analyze all relevant factors of a property
- You are passionate about real estate and interested in property valuation, with opportunities for advancement and further training
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented manner
- Coordination skills: ability to juggle multiple inquiries, clients, and topics simultaneously
- Ideally: professional experience in real estate
- Alternatively: experience with and a strong interest in real estate; diligence and motivation to learn quickly
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets and valuation guidelines
- Structured and analytical working style with a strong commitment to quality
- Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
