About the role
- Execute end-to-end e-commerce strategies to enhance client performance and revenue growth.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and ad campaigns.
- Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activity to generate actionable insights.
- Use data analytics tools to report performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Communicate directly with clients to deliver updates, strategies, and tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Accounting, Information Technology, or Business Management
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor
- Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory, as most of our customers are based in the U.S.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Knowledgeable in using CRM tools
- Likeable personality with the ability to build genuine, positive relationships with customers and team members, fostering a friendly and supportive environment
- High level of integrity, demonstrating honesty, transparency, and fairness in all interactions
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working with time-tracking tool
