About the role
- Develop and drive EV Realty's strategic planning frameworks
- Conduct market and competitive research
- Build financial models and business cases
- Support geographic expansion efforts
- Work with prospective and existing customers
- Track and synthesize industry trends
- Translate research and analysis into structured outputs
- Support the development of internal processes
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, environmental science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a strategy-focused role
- A first-principles problem solver
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent research skills
- Clear and compelling communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Intellectually versatile
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the transportation, energy or broader infrastructure sectors is a plus
