Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support the expansion of EV Realty’s owned real estate portfolio
• Involvement in acquiring and pre-developing new properties in up to four US markets
• Activities typical of a real estate acquisition process including sourcing, underwriting, diligence, and investment committee memo preparation/presentation
• Working closely with internal teams such as Data Science, Engineering, Product, Business Development, and Finance
• Involvement with power infrastructure, entitlement, and commercial considerations unique to EV Realty’s mandate
