About the role

  • Define and structure the global channel and partner strategy across priority markets and segments.
  • Design and optimize indirect sales models, including partner tiering, coverage rules, and roles & responsibilities.
  • Develop partner incentive frameworks aligned with growth and profitability objectives.
  • Support the scaling of partner ecosystems in close coordination with Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Build and maintain commercial playbooks by segment, vertical, and route-to-market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales enablement, channel strategy, pricing, revenue operations, or related roles
  • Proven experience working with indirect sales models and partner ecosystems
  • Strong exposure to commercial performance, pricing, and deal economics in complex environments
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
