About the role
- Build and launch the Women’s Protection program in all EUSMS countries
- Recruit, train, and supervise local legal teams and case managers
- Develop and standardize global case management systems, tools, and protocols
- Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and compliance with national and international legal standards
- Liaise with Monitoring & Evaluation to define KPIs and measure program results
- Conduct outreach with NGOs, labor unions, HR networks, community groups, and employers
- Train organizations on women’s protection policies, compliance, and safe-workplace standards
- Build and maintain relationships with UN agencies, international NGOs, and women’s rights coalitions
- Collaborate on research, evaluation, and knowledge generation in protection and labor rights
- Support grant applications, donor engagement, and program growth strategies
Requirements
- Must be a registered lawyer
- Experience in women’s rights or legal support
