General Counsel

• Build and launch the Women’s Protection program in all EUSMS countries
• Recruit, train, and supervise local legal teams and case managers
• Develop and standardize global case management systems, tools, and protocols
• Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and compliance with national and international legal standards
• Liaise with Monitoring & Evaluation to define KPIs and measure program results
• Conduct outreach with NGOs, labor unions, HR networks, community groups, and employers
• Train organizations on women’s protection policies, compliance, and safe-workplace standards
• Build and maintain relationships with UN agencies, international NGOs, and women’s rights coalitions
• Collaborate on research, evaluation, and knowledge generation in protection and labor rights
• Support grant applications, donor engagement, and program growth strategies
