About the role

  • Support overall internal communications objectives by planning and producing internal campaigns, activities and communication materials.
  • Provide tactical support to Internal Communications Business Partners, who lead specific relationships and projects with Eurostar teams.
  • Create clear, engaging content for all internal channels: newsletters, WorkVivo, TV screens, posters, videos, etc.
  • Manage and develop the internal communication channels assigned to you.
  • Plan and organize internal events such as leadership walkabouts and CEO sessions.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communications activities, channels and campaigns.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal communication practices, channels and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to ensure consistent, high-quality communications.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in internal communications.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
  • Excellent ability to translate complex information into clear, targeted messages.
  • Proven track record of organising and delivering events of any size.
  • Creative and open to innovation to improve communications.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
