Project Manager

• Independently plan and execute assigned congress projects, with a particular focus on AV technology, digital infrastructure, and coordination of (technical) service providers
• Coordinate with internal teams on various aspects of the event (e.g., lecture halls, workshop rooms, lounges)
• Prepare and manage budgets for assigned projects
• Work closely with external partners to ensure smooth on-site operations
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of internal and external digital tools used during congresses
• Actively participate in the design of new technical concepts

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in the EMEA region
• Work with customers to develop and manage their implementation plan and timeline
• Customise product configuration/set-up to meet the needs of the customer
• Identify and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation
• Over time independently manage clinical IT implementation projects
• Work closely with other areas, including product development and sales, to ensure customer needs are met
• Work with the implementation team to continue to improve implementation tools and process
• Provide administrative support to management
