Customer Success Manager

• Become a 9fin expert with a strong understanding of our products and services
• Partner with the account managers on specific client projects to drive and ensure growth within the accounts
• Become the voice of the client when delivering on internal projects by ensuring our clients’ needs are consistently met
• Develop bespoke KPIs and strategies for accounts and introduce performance data driven insights to our clients
• Leverage existing customer relationships and expand the network of relevant contacts within each account to ensure 9fin continues to be the partner of choice for their needs
• Attend relevant industry conferences and events
• Maintain up to date records of client interactions via our CRM

Accountant

• Lead month-end close process to deliver timely and accurate management accounts
• Turn financial data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision making across the business
• Assist with annual audit across UK and US entities, including statutory account preparation under UK GAAP (FRS 102) and US GAAP (in conjunction with external auditors)
• Help design and implement scalable financial processes, automation tools and controls to support growth
• Work closely with department heads to track performance against budget, understand variances and provide actionable insights
• Contribute to forecasting and scenario planning to shape where we invest and grow next
• Work on strategic initiatives like R&D tax claims and transfer pricing
• Shape the finance function as it grows by couching junior team members and building a scaling function

Management Accountant

Analyst

• Produce research, analysis, presentations and articles using proprietary restructuring data to support news and analytics offerings
• Oversee the data entry and data quality processes for the 9fin restructuring tracker, ensuring comprehensive and accurate coverage of restructuring events
• Coordinate and oversee 9fin's restructuring league table process, ensuring timely and accurate publication
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including research, editorial and product teams to generate ideas for new data fields and data products
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of restructuring data, proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving data collection methodologies and enhancing the overall quality and efficiency of data operations

Junior Distressed Credit Analyst

Account Executive

• Identify and target key financial institutions across Latin American markets including investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and law firms
• Build a reliable and repeatable sales pipeline across Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets
• Develop deep understanding of local regulatory environments, market structures, and client needs across LatAm
• Conduct client demos and presentations in Spanish and/or Portuguese as required
• Run successful and well-managed trial processes adapted for LatAm market dynamics
• Build a clear understanding of 9fin's value proposition and communicate this effectively to regional clients
• Negotiate and close new business while optimizing for local market pricing and contract structures
• Develop expertise in Latin American debt capital markets, including local bond markets, credit structures, and regulatory frameworks
• Understand competitive landscape and position 9fin against regional and global competitors
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure 9fin's LatAm data coverage and functionality meets local client needs
• Maintain clear record-keeping and forecasting via Salesforce
• Adapt global sales processes for local market requirements and time zones
• Share market insights with senior management to inform LatAm expansion strategy

The role
At 9fin, we've built a dedicated Data Operations team in Belfast to enhance our data processing capabilities.
You'll be part of a highly skilled team focused on ensuring high-quality, lightning-fast data is delivered to our platform, enabling our clients to act with speed and confidence.
You'll work closely with teams in New York, London, and Belfast across Leveraged Finance, Structured Credit, Private Credit, and Distressed Debt.

Associate - Financials Team
