About the role
- Responding promptly to helpdesk tickets
- Providing operational support for issues related to Azure cloud applications
- Handling daily ad hoc requests and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Supporting DevOps-related tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to work remotely from an EU Member State
- Availability for night and weekend on-call shifts. (On-call basis: the engineer is contacted only if a ticket is raised)
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies
- Freelance and part-time engagement options are supported.
