About the role

  • This role will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing partners within an assigned territory.
  • Driving business development and sales for one of the leading money transfer companies with strong growth potential.
  • Focus on expanding our partner network, increasing transactions, and driving revenue growth while closely monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • A key part of the role includes acquiring new partners, supporting them through the activation process, and ensuring their continued performance.
  • Manage the onboarding and engagement of referral partners who act as brand ambassadors across both traditional and digital channels.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and present RIA Money Transfer as a valuable business opportunity.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support, training, and marketing materials.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, provide timely updates to the Country Manager, and share market feedback to inform regional strategy.
  • Observe market trends, analyze competitor activities, and derive actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and strengthen competitive positioning in your territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a sales-driven role, such as Business Development, Sales Representative, or Telesales.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a performance-based environment.
  • Experience in managing both field and digital sales channels.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving omnichannel development and adoption, including offline promotion of digital products.
  • Expertise in the money transfer and remittance sector, including knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and fintech regulatory frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of ethnic communities in Poland, with insight into immigrant experiences and challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain lasting partner relationships.
  • Planning and organizational skills to manage daily field activities and sales initiatives effectively.
  • Ability to monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stress resilience: performs effectively under time pressure and meets objectives within tight deadlines.
  • Omnichannel mindset: integrates brick & mortar and digital channels to optimize customer engagement and business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Mobility and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset.
