Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive senior marketing leadership in global, matrixed environments.
  • Proven success partnering with C-suite leaders and influencing enterprise strategy.
  • Deep expertise in growth marketing, brand leadership and data-led optimisation.
  • Experience leading transformation, repositioning or function rebuilds.
  • Strong commercial acumen and clear accountability for revenue impact.
  • Confidence operating with ambiguity, pace and high expectations.
  • A future-focused mindset, with hands-on experience leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Experience in data, insight, SaaS or adjacent B2B models is highly valued; market research experience is a plus.
