Builds global and regional company profiles for data calculations
Works with forecasting specialists to adapt models for regional markets
Manages daily operations of in-country analysts for targeted primary research
Responsible for data checks throughout data manipulation
Analyzes datasets and cleans data for internal and external stakeholders
Provides explanations and defends research approaches to clients
Collaborates with local specialists to engage with clients

Requirements

Curiosity with a passion for learning and problem-solving, with flexibility, the ability to embrace diversity and be adaptable to change
Analytical with strong problem-solving skills, process oriented and quick learner
Excellent communicator with good listening skills and an openness to new ideas
Team player with a collaborative and transparent approach, capable of working in a global environment
Proficiency in English (with other languages an advantage), combined with a high level of numeracy and the confidence to engage trade sources for additional insights
Understanding of beauty/cosmetic industry and products is advantage
Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel, experience of tools such as Power BI and Tableau an advantage.
