- Deep knowledge of growth marketing, brand leadership, and data-driven performance optimisation
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication and influencing ability
- Future-focused strategic thinker with a track record of leveraging emerging technologies
- Experience managing significant budgets and optimising marketing ROI
